We help you get in and/or out of the train

Do you need help getting on and/or off the train?
Simply complete this application form in full and send it off. We are happy to assist you with all matters relating to boarding and alighting our trains. Of course, our colleagues in and around the trains will always help with boarding and alighting if required. However, prior notification helps us to prepare even better for our passengers with reduced mobility and to optimize our operating procedures accordingly.
Please note that the maximum load capacity of the boarding aids on the platform is 350 kg.
